Pretty clever, but also sort of gibberish. Especially the last word. I think it's supposed to say "thrive". Here's what I suspect the designer was trying to say:
The S in Deseret is right, but there is a long A at the end instead of a V. In my opinion the S after bees is alright but it should technically be a Z. Refer to the Deseret readers.
